Shipments and returns
Your flat packed shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via ParcelForce with a tracking number and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order so they are dispatched together.
Shipping fees will apply to each parcel.
We cannot combine postage costs at the moment due to the increase in courier costs.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
We will accept within 30 days, however the refund is not issued until the parcel(s) are back at our site and have been checked over.
P&P costs cannot be refunded and the buyer has to pay for the return postage cost back to our workshop.
