Manufactured on site with our CNC Machine
The Black Rubber Matting is cut to shape and glued down to our 9mm Floor panels, the matting is cut in one whole piece
Ply Lining kit includes:
- 6mm Upper side panels as shown in the photos, the rear end panels sit above the plastic trim
- 6mm Full side load door panel
- 6mm Upper & lower rear door panels
- 9mm Floor panels with Black Rubber Matting
- Aluminium trim at side load door & rear door
Offside rack dimensions: approx. 1600mm long x 1100mm high x 300mm deep at the deepest point with 82mm front lips
This rack is 2 separate units as shown in 3rd photo & not one unit as in photos one & two

Second shelf to third shelf approx. 315mm
